Maine Studio Works is a nearly 8,000 square foot turnkey photo/video production studio and private event rental venue in the heart of the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine.
The space is divided into two private studio spaces to fit your production and event needs:
Studio A is nearly 1,200 sqft, with a private entrance, restroom, and kitchenette.
Studio B is nearly 6,000 sqft with a private entrance, two restrooms, a full kitchen, and an abundance of north facing natural light.
MSW is located less than a mile from downtown Portland, in the midst of East Bayside, a vibrant neighborhood known for its independent breweries and distilleries, and home to an eclectic community of artists and craftspeople. We’re minutes from I-295 and the Portland Jetport.
