Maine Studio Works is a nearly 8,000 sq/ft turnkey production/photo studio, and private event rental space in the heart of the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. With 12 breweries and distilleries within 1 mile and its proximity to the historic Old Port, it's central to everything that Portland has to offer!

The space is divided into two private studio spaces: Studio A is nearly 1,200 sqft, with a private entrance, restroom, and kitchenette. Studio B is nearly 6,000 sqft with a private entrance, two restrooms, a full commercial-grade kitchen, and an abundance of north facing natural light. This blank-canvas light industrial space is the perfect location for your modern urban wedding, corporate party, soiree, or production. With the capacity to comfortably fit 300 people, it's Portland Maine's newest & most versatile event venue!
